Moxie Mobile Department
The Program
Moxie Mobile provides on-site sales at “A”, “B”, “C” circuit shows, schooling events, 3-day events, barns, 4-H meets, and private events.

The Structure
• One Department Manager
• One State Manager (per state)
• Multiple District Managers (per state)

Reporting Method:
- Department Manager reports to the Moxie President.
- Each State Manager reports to the Department Manager.
- Each District Manager reports to their State Manager.

The Details
• Moxie will supply at no charge one mobile sales unit for display of product. The display remains the property of Moxie Equestrian.
• Moxie will supply all samples at no charge.
• MM personnel are responsible for lost or stolen samples.
• MM personnel must return the display in good condition.
• MM personnel will take orders and either email, fax or snail mail order to Moxie Corporate within 24 hours of last day of show or event.
• MM personnel may take credit cards (Visa, MC, American Express), cash or checks. Checks should be made payable to, “Moxie Equestrian, Inc.”
• All checks and cash must be deposited into the Moxie Equestrian bank account at the local Bank of America within 24 hours of the close of each show or event.
• Each District Manager must mail or physically turn in their weekly sales spreadsheet along with bank deposit slips to their State Manger every Monday.
• State Managers must mail all weekly sales spreadsheets and corresponding bank deposit slips from their personal sales and their District Manager’s sales to the Department Manger every Tuesday.
• Customer orders will be shipped FREE via UPS ground.
• Overnight deliveries will be charged to the customer.
• Each District Manager must coordinate their schedule with their State Manager.
• Only one Moxie Mobile unit per show or event is permitted.
• Moxie products may be available for the team to sell on- sight, these products will be supplied (on consignment) to the MM personnel.
• The MM display set-up is very simple requiring approximately 10 minutes after the first time (we recommend the display be taking down each night and set back up the next morning to keep the display in good condition and to guard against damage or theft.)
• Moxie will supply at no charge one (1) Techno Sheet™ ($180.00 MSRP) to the hosting Association, in lieu of rent, to be presented as a prize to the winner of whatever event the host Association chooses.
• Moxie requests that the donation of the Techno Sheet™ prize suffice as payment of any booth space or tent rent in order for Moxie to sell products at the event
• Moxie Corporate must approve any other rent requirement. If the host association requires rent, please email Tammy@ moxieequestrian.com the amount of the rent and necessary details
• Catalogs will be supplied for MM personnel to distribute to the individual riders throughout the barn to aid in selling products.
• Attendance at three shows or events per month is recommended.
• If at any time you do not attend a horse show within three months (except winter months) then you must return the display and samples to moxie
• As new products become available, Moxie Corporate will send samples to you
• You must collect sales tax for sales in South Carolina.

Payment Structure
Department Manager:
• Department Manger receives 25% of his/her personal sales.
• Department Manager receives 5% of State Manager’s sales.
• Department Manager receives 2% of District Manager’s sales.

State Manager:
• State Manager receives 20% of his/her personal sales.
• State Manager receives 3% of their District Managers’ sales.

District Manager:
• District Manager receives 20% of his/her personal sales.
