Moxie Equestrian will gladly accept merchandise returns for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. Please use care when trying a product on your horse that the product does not get stained. All tags must be attached. Items that have been embroidered or otherwise personalize may not be returned. Upon receipt of returned goods, Moxie Equestrian reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable. For your security please return your package to us using a trackable and insured mail service. Moxie Equestrian is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping.

Shipping Errors
|
In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or sent an incorrect item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense, within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. Moxie Equestrian will provide a pre-paid UPS shipping label to expedite the return. To return your package, please attach the pre-paid, pre-printed label to the outside of your package. Take the package to any UPS Store, UPS Drop Box, UPS Customer Center or any UPS Authorized Service Outlet (ASO). To locate the nearest UPS Drop Off Center please call UPS at 1-800-Pick-UPS (1-800-742-5877) or visit the UPS website at
www.ups.com
. No additional postage is required.

Defective Merchandise
|
|
Defective merchandise may be returned to Moxie for a full refund or exchange within ninety (90) days of purchase with normal wear and tear use. Moxie reserves the right to refuse any return based on excessive or improper use of the product.

Returning products not purchased directly from Moxie Equestrian
|
|
Items purchased at tack stores or other stores selling Moxie Equestrian merchandise, including online stores, must be returned to the store of purchase. The return process of this merchandise is dependent upon the store of purchase’s return policy.

Refunds
|
|
Moxie Equestrian will refund the original form of payment. We will not refund shipping and handling charges unless we have made a shipping error. We will process your refund within approximately 3 business days of receiving your merchandise. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.

Gift Returns
|
|
Returns of gift items will be refunded to the original form of payment submitted by the person who placed the gift order. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
|
Items may be exchanged for a different size/color or different product. To exchange an item for a different size/color,

to download our exchange form. Complete the exchange form indicating the change in size/color and for which item. Enclose the exchange form in the package and ship the package back to Moxie Equestrian at the address below. To exchange an item for a different item, please contact Moxie Equestrian Customer Service at 864.288.7363 or

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred with exchange of item.
