Standard Delivery
|
• UPS Ground Service for continental U.S.
• Your package will arrive within 4-7 business days.
• Additional charges apply to deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii.
• Please allow additional delivery time for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
All orders placed before 2pm will ship the same day, with the exception of Fridays. Orders placed at any time on Friday will ship the following Monday. If you require expedited shipping please contact our office at 864.288.7363 to receive a quote. UPS shipping rates are based on the total weight of the package(s) and location of delivery.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO Delivery
• USPS Priority Mail Service is used for all PO Box & APO/FPO Addresses

Backordered Items

If your order contains in-stock and backordered items, the in-stock items will ship immediately and the backordered items will ship automatically once they become available. Your credit card will not be charged for the backordered items until they ship.

Tracking an Order

An email will be sent to you with the UPS tracking number once your order has shipped. This email will be sent to the email address in your customer profile or the email you enter at checkout; if different.

International Orders
|
International orders placed on the U.S. website must be paid in US dollars in the form of a Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card, or PayPal. You will receive an email containing the final international shipping charge. This charge does not contain any related customs fees, duty fees, or taxes. Orders will be shipped via UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Express Plus, UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Saver, or UPS Standard, depending on the delivery address.
For residents of Denmark, Norway, or Sweden, go to MoxieEquestrian.com and click on “Current Location” and select your country. Orders will be shipped and billed from the Moxie Scandinavia Corporate Office.
